RFZ Real Estate is looking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our primary and secondary sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of real estate agents and ensuring that all sales and rental targets are met. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams\' operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies for sales results. Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the primary and secondary teams, ensuring that all targets and KPIs are met
Manage, motivate and monitor the team\'s performance
Understand industries specific trends
Prepare sales reports individually
Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team
Develop effective training programs to help agents advance their product knowledge, selling, and negotiating skills
Regularly plan and conduct team meetings and sales team training
Be involved in the acquisition, interviewing, and hiring process for the Real Estate Team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the real estate industry
Qualifications:
4+ years\' of sales leadership experience
5+ years\' of experience in Dubai real estate.
UAE Driving License & Car
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
