Job Title :- Sales Manager Industry :- Luxury Limousine Services Roles and Responsibilities The Sales Manager is responsible for overall sales and marketing activities of the limousine business. Complete knowledge of operational and sales aspects of a limousine company. The Sales Manager will ensure the highest standards of service and quality are maintained, while also developing and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.

• Conducting market research to identify possibilities of selling and customer
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns

Plan and schedule special events providing post-event evaluation

• Soliciting, negotiating, contracting, and managing revenues from accounts that meet criteria established in the Hotel business plans and budgets.
• Developing, implementing, and adapting quarterly sales SMART action plans and account development strategies with other team members
• Negotiating and closing sales agreements that meet business plan objectives.
• Co-ordinate with clients like Uber, Careem, Yango, for special promotions
• Serve as a liaison between the company and clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting positive customer relationships.
• Stay current on industry trends and regulations.
• Handle customer complaints or issues.

Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, marketing field. Ability to exercise superior communication, presentation, organization, time management and listening skills. At least 5-8 years of experience managing sales and marketing portfolio for a limousine, travels and tourism business. Excellent organizational and problem-solving Candidate must hold prior UAE sales experience from Chauffeuring Services / Business Travel Organization. Arabic language will be added advantage but not mandatory. Candidate should be excellent sales target achiever. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other related software applications.
