You have the opportunity to become an official representative of our company in the Real Estate market in Dubai and having access to unique products you will be able to easily create high financial success.

Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a Sales Managers to join our Direct team .

What you will be doing:

• Work on leads provided by the company
• Make personal references across the market
• Meet and exceed assigned targets and KPIs
• Effectively consult with potential clients and advising on various aspects of the project in the line with their requirements
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and negotiation.
• Finalise the terms of an agreement and closing sales for team
• Keep abreast of local zoning laws, financing institution, residency and commercial procedures and other concerns of the client with regards to the sale of property to ensure smooth sale transaction
• Analyze client's requirements as per their preference of properties and be effectively able to read between lines and cater the premium requirements
• Participate in the professional events;
• Interact with colleague and others department

What we expect from you:

• Location: currently living in UAE
• More than 2 years of experience in real estate sales in UAE ( Development experience would be a huge +)
• Knowledge of the Real Estate market is mandatory
• Understands the value of commissions more than the salary itself
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Valid UAE Driving license
• Fluency in English ( Russian and Multilingual is +)
