Sales Manager - Digital Channel
Lead and manages the Product life cycle along with ensuring the revenue growth of the product on digital platform. Responsible for product growth, tracking the digital presence, monitoring the product feedback and improvements. Keep tracking the competitors' strategies and implement to make it always on the edge.
Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Oversee and manage the product sales on digital platform.
2. Work with software team to improve and enhance the product features and offering aligned with the market needs.
3. Work with the Market research and management teams to work on the discovery phase.
4. Collaborate with the product owner to develop a product vision for the new product.
5. Analyze the complete competitive landscape to see what competitors are doing in the market.
6. Figure out the strengths and weaknesses of the competitors and use them to make a great product.
7. Analyze trend reports, industry content, market statistics, sales data, user stories, mock-ups, and metrics to come up with a working strategy.
8. Manage the product lifecycle collaborating with the inter departments to efficiently supervise the product, campaigns and improvement scope.
9. Work on the prioritization of new features based on competitor, usability, functionality, and user experience.
Requirement:
A bachelor's degree in preferably in marketing, management or Computers or a related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in digital sales, e-commerce, product owner or similar role experience in UAE.
Certifications from reputable institutions and associations in product management or software-related fields is a plus.
Excellent communication skills
UAE driving license is optional.
Fluency in English Language. Arabic will be a plus not mandatory.
Must have great interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
