Smile Link Dental Laboratory is seeking a " Sales Manager " to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a dental clinic or laboratory and is passionate about driving business growth and building strong client relationships.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a sales manager at Smile Link Dental Laboratory. The sales manager will be responsible for:

• Manage existing, building, and maintaining client relationships.
• Business development by expanding the client base.
• Handle collections and lead marketing efforts.
• Manage the sales team and have outstanding leadership skills.
• Handle complaints and feedback.
• Positive, autonomous worker.
• Minimum 10 years of sales experience with 5 years in dental sales.
• Dentists with good UAE market experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the dental industry
• A bachelor's degree in dentistry is a must, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in dental sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of dental products and industry trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.
