Now we are looking for an Experienced Sales Manager for our Crane Sales and Rental operations in KSA. If you have minimum 5 years of experience in Crane sales and rental and also matches below requirement , please contact us for joining our family ; Experience: 5 - 8 years of experience in a Senior sales Engineer role with a strong background in construction equipment rental in the Middel East. (crane rental experience preferred). Demonstrated ability with key-account relationships and achieved sales targets. Solid knowledge of rental procedures/terms and conditions and how they affect company risk. Linguistic Skills: English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Arabic language will be advantageous Driving License: Valid KSA Driving License with own vehicle Skills:

Key Roles & Responsibilities: Sales Manager must follow the direction of his / her immediate Supervisor and operates in accordance with the Company Policy. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share Identify and target new customers and markets for our products.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
• Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Participate in marketing and trade activities, utilize experienced and seasoned sales perspective to recommend new changes/in marketing approaches.
• Assist sales teams in providing support and advice to customers, as well as training and mentoring staff.,
• Drive customers with the sales team.
• Monitor the sales points to achieve company turnover and profit expectation.
• Visit key staff levels, performance, and morale.
• Assist where required to build new business as well as maintaining already established accounts with the sales team.
• Ensure to maintain and improve on product knowledge.
• Forward planning and post review all deal situations to ensure maximum effect and future potential gains.
• Drive revenue generation from both existing and new accounts within each product segment
• Ensure client satisfaction.
• Work with internal team, provide information for and/or develop sales quotes.
• Constantly review terms and conditions for the most up to date methods of revenue generation
• Develop the sales Team to maintain a strong channel, which is continuously adequate to generate the required sales targets.
• Understand the spectrum of customer needs from transactional to trusted advisor and apply and execute sales tactics appropriately.
• Can effectively undertake and support junior staff where required via site inspections or negotiating closures.
