Job Summary

• The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the Content Division by developing and executing effective sales strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of the creative industry, client relationship building, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
------------------------
### Business Development
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the target market(e.g., advertising agencies, marketing departments, production companies).
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, building trust and long-term partnerships.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new market segments and opportunities.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
### Sales Management
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manage the sales pipeline and forecast future sales accurately.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
• Train and mentor junior sales team members (if applicable).
### Client Management
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by proactively addressing client needs and concerns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
### Industry Knowledge
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the creative industry (advertising, marketing, media).
• Strong understanding of the content creation process, including 2D/3D design, animation, videography, photography, and social media.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales and business development.
