Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Sales Manager with

UAE experience in the construction equipment industry

to lead the sales efforts for Excavators, Wheel Loaders, and other related machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee sales efforts for construction equipment, focusing on both new business development and expanding relationships with existing clients in the UAE market. Provide expert guidance to the sales team in conducting product demonstrations, technical consultations, and preparing strategic sales proposals. Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and market growth. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback in the UAE to adapt sales strategies and maintain competitiveness. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, tracking performance against targets and identifying areas for improvement. Ensure smooth after-sales service, including overseeing installation, maintenance, and support functions. Lead negotiations with key clients, ensuring favorable terms and maintaining the company's reputation for quality service.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Proven sales management experience in the

construction equipment industry, specifically within the UAE market.

In-depth technical knowledge of Excavators, Wheel Loaders, and other construction machinery. Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing high-performance sales teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently, manage client relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service.

UAE experience in the construction equipment industry is mandatory

to ensure familiarity with local market dynamics, regulations, and customer needs.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
