As a trusted leader, youll deliver successful outcomes for customers through innovation, strategic solutions, good relationships, and sound business acumenAs a Sales Manager - Completions, Intervention, and Measurement, you will be responsible for:
Managing a sales strategy and building a pipeline of opportunities for profitable growth
Developing unique commercial models, business outlooks, and advising the Region management teams on suitable country and business growth plans
Liaising with key clients and collaborating with all stakeholders to manage the full sales lifecycle and achieve successful outcomes for our clients, and for the company
Overseeing a portfolio of clients within the Segment to ensure sales targets are met, to include KPIs such as revenue growth, market share gain, commercial conversion rate, pricing, upsell, and client satisfaction
Supporting market analytics and business development targets across the portfolio of countries in the Middle East, North Africa, T\xc3\xbcrkiye and India; and across the product lines within the Segment
Communications between the Global Product Lines and the Sales and Operations teams within the Region
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales
Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Completions, Intervention, and Measurement (Completions and Wellbore Intervention, Pressure Pumping, Wireline product groups), or similar
Have demonstratable of the MENATI market, with previous experience in business development
Have previous exposure to large scale projects, long term contracting, and demonstrated success in critical customer projects
Experience in as asset and people based business, including capital asset allocation, resource planning and assignment, long term business planning, and profitable growth
