Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets, adjusting strategies based on market trends.
Utilize existing relationships with leading brokerage agencies and agents in Dubai, while building a strong a huge network.
Generate both direct and indirect sales in a highly competitive environment, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Dubai real estate market, using insights to inform sales strategies and client interactions.
Oversee the sales process, from pre-launch activities to negotiations with potential buyers, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant.
Utilize the CRM system to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate detailed sales performance reports.
Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in generating substantial sales, with a proactive approach to business.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a leading Dubai developer.
Proven track record in selling a diverse range of real estate properties, from mid-market to ultra-luxury.
Extensive network with brokerage agencies and agents in Dubai.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals.
In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market and secondary sales experience is a plus.
University degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Familiarity with the luxury market and a keen understanding of UHNWIs preferences and expectations.
Demonstrated sales performance with the ability to present supporting documents.
Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is highly valued.
