Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive B2B sales strategies to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential business clients and understand market trends.
• Create detailed sales plans and forecasts to ensure consistent sales growth.
• Lead, coach, and manage the B2B sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key business clients and stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business client acquisition opportunities.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
• Oversee the B2B sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to optimize the B2B sales process.
• Ensure all B2B sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Identify and manage potential risks associated with CFD trading for business clients.
• Stay informed about regulatory changes and market developments affecting CFD trading.
