Position Overview: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth in the Middle East region for a book printing and paper product manufacturer based in China. Your primary goal will be to identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets. This role requires extensive knowledge of the book printing and paper product industry, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Middle East region, aligning it with the company\'s overall business objectives and targets. 2. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients, attending industry events, and conducting market research. 3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing them with exceptional customer service. 4. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for product development and market expansion. 5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: 1. Education: Diploma or above in sales, marketing, business management or relevant discipline 2. Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the book printing and paper product industry. 3. Industry Knowledge: Must possess strong understanding of the book printing and paper product industry, including knowledge of production processes and Middle Eastern market trends 4. Language Skills: Must be fluent in English. Able to speak Arabic and/or Chinese is a plus. 5. Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the Middle East region and occasionally to China for meetings, trade shows, and other business activities.
