Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive the growth of HPC systems and IT hardware sales.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HPC and IT hardware sector.
Build and nurture relationships with potential clients and partners, including key industry decision-makers.
Understand client needs for HPC solutions and deliver tailored proposals.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of B2B sales professionals.
Set clear objectives and regularly review team performance to achieve targets.
Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the sales team.
Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
Generate leads, build a strong pipeline, and secure new business.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Address client inquiries with expert solutions and a consultative approach.
Sales Execution & Performance
Meet individual sales targets while enabling the team to achieve collective goals.
Deliver impactful presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics regularly.
Market Expertise & Sales Process Optimization
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and advancements in HPC technologies.
Use CRM tools and other technologies to streamline sales workflows and track client interactions.
Continuously refine sales strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).Experience: 5 to 7+ years in sales or business development, specifically within the UAE IT hardware market; experience in HPC sales is a strong advantage.Skills:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and expanding client portfolios.
Comprehensive knowledge of HPC solutions, IT hardware, and related technologies.
Exceptional networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Outgoing, results-driven, and customer-focused personality.
