This mid to senior-level role will focus on the UAE region, targeting corporate clients for our B2B rewards programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of success in the B2B sector.Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual sales targets and expand our client base.
Business Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential corporate clients across various industries, including banks, financial institutions, retail, telecom, airlines, and other enterprises. Promote our engagement and rewards programs to help their customers and employees.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to create customized solutions that exceed client expectations. Coordinate with the head of department to determine appropriate pricing and present proposals to clients.
Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate commercial and legal terms for corporate deals, ensuring that all terms and conditions are favorable for both the client and the company. Secure formal contracts from both parties.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to identify new business prospects.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing valuable insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master\'s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the digital space, selling SaaS solutions.
Experience in selling rewards solutions will be an advantage.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of the corporate sales process and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of the UAE market and business landscape is highly desirable.
