Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales management within the catering or food service industry, specifically in B2B environments. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass sales targets in the B2B catering sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients, event planners, and venues.
• Foster and maintain robust relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and enhance customer loyalty.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Qualifications:
