Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our clients Audio-Visual (AV) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) solutions and services sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the AV & Low current market. Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline to meet revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and system integrators. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential customers. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

Strategy & Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities. Develop sales strategies aligned with company goals and market demand. Provide insights on pricing, product positioning, and new business opportunities.

Technical & Product Knowledge:

Maintain a deep understanding of Audio Visual equipments. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client needs. Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies.

Team Management & Reporting:

Lead and mentor a team of sales executives. Set sales targets and monitor performance against goals. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in AV & ELV solutions. Strong network in the construction, corporate, hospitality etc sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
