Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to achieve sales targets.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and ensure strong market presence.

- Provide training, coaching, and guidance to sales agents to enhance their performance and professional growth.

- Monitor the performance of sales teams and provide feedback for improvement.

- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders in the real estate community.

- Stay updated with the latest market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

- Proven track record of 2-4 years in real estate sales, with a strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.

- Excellent leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

- Results-driven with a strong business acumen.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
