Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Al Rasikhoon Real Estate. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, including client acquisition, lead generation, managing a sales team, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and guide the Indirect Sales Team to success.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies to amplify revenue via indirect channels.
• Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with agents, brokers, and partners for seamless collaboration.
• Stay abreast of market trends and competitor moves to seize growth opportunities.
• Utilize sales data and metrics to steer decisions and track progress.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to synchronize efforts and initiatives.
• Regularly furnish reports and presentations to senior management, furnishing insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Proven track record in sales management, ideally within real estate.
• Exceptional leadership skills, adept at motivating and empowering teams.
• Stellar communication and negotiation prowess.
• Analytical mindset, leveraging data for informed decision-making.
• Thrives in dynamic environments, adept at adapting to shifting priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Sales and Business Development.
• Strong leadership and team management acumen.

• Prior experience in the real estate sector.
