Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Sales Strategy Development and Execution : Formulate and implement plans to achieve annual targets and increase market share.
2. Sales Team Management : Lead, direct, and train a team of sales representatives, providing necessary support to motivate them and achieve desired outcomes.
3. Sales Data Analysis : Track performance and analyze results to make informed strategic decisions.
4. Performance Reporting : Deliver regular reports to senior management, including suggestions for performance improvement.
5. Client Relationship Building : Oversee strategic relationship management with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
6. Cross-Department Collaboration : Coordinate with marketing, planning, and finance departments to ensure alignment on strategic objectives across teams.
Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Professional Experience : Minimum of 5 years in sales, with prior experience managing a sales team.
2. Leadership Skills : Strong ability to guide and motivate the team to achieve company objectives.
3. Analytical Skills : Proficient in analyzing sales data and reports, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients and team members.
5. Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a sales management certification is a plus.
6. Technical Proficiency : Strong familiarity with sales management tools.
7. Adaptability : Ability to respond effectively to fast-paced changes in the market.
