:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in pharmaceutical sales in Abu Dhabi specifically. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor a sales team, set strategic sales targets, and ensure the successful launch and promotion of new products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and train the sales team, set targets, and build the team.
• Ensure successful product launches.
• Collaborate with management and marketing to update sales strategies.
• Oversee daily activities of medical representatives and area managers.
• Develop relationships with key customers and ensure service satisfaction.
• Forecast and achieve sales objectives.
• Work towards profitability and market share growth.
• Implement marketing activities and manage resources.
• Negotiate contracts and manage product inclusion in formularies.
• Minimize expiry and market returns.
• Participate in CMEs, conferences, and trade shows.
• Maintain company policies and detailed records.
• Organize and execute sales presentations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
• 7-10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in UAE/GCC.
• Abu Dhabi experience is must.
• Proficient in English, preferably Arabic.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
