We are seeking a forward-thinking Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the real estate market, innovative sales techniques, and a passion for developing talent and achieving results.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Development:
Recruit, mentor, and motivate a diverse sales team, emphasizing professional growth and performance excellence.
Strategic Sales Planning:
Design and implement cutting-edge sales strategies that leverage technology and data analytics to drive results and capture market opportunities.
Market Trends:
Stay ahead of industry trends, including sustainable practices, remote work influences, and changing buyer preferences, to inform sales tactics and offerings.
Customer Engagement:
Enhance client relationships through personalized service, regular communication, and a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
Tech Integration:
Utilize advanced real estate tools and platforms, including CRM systems, virtual tours, and digital marketing strategies, to optimize the sales process.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to upper management to refine strategies and objectives.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure cohesive strategies that support lead generation and conversion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in driving sales and managing teams within a competitive real estate market.
Strong knowledge of current real estate technologies and market trends.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to adapt strategies based on market changes and client needs.
Aware about international market, with strong network and good relationship with developers
