The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships in the UAE and Asian Market This role requires a deep understanding of the quicklime industry, excellent sales acumen, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for quicklime products.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Client Acquisition & Retention:
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including cement plants, steel manufacturers, water treatment facilities, and other industrial users of quicklime.
Team Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing training, mentorship, and performance management.
Forecasting & Reporting:
Prepare sales forecasts, track key metrics, and deliver regular performance reports to senior management.
Customer Service:
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns, managing expectations, and providing technical support where needed.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure compliance with local regulations and manage all sales-related documentation, including contracts and invoices.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum
5-8 years
of sales experience in the
quicklime, cement, or industrial minerals
sector.
Proven track record of
achieving sales targets
and
growing market share
.
Strong knowledge of industrial applications for quicklime (e.g., construction, metallurgy, water treatment).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
