Job Description

The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving the sales and business development efforts .This position focuses on managing and expanding the sales of comprehensive security solutions, including CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and electronic article surveillance. The ideal candidate is a skilled professional with strong technical knowledge, exceptional leadership abilities, and proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships while driving revenue growth in the security systems sector.

Required Qualifications and Skills:



Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales management within the security systems industry, with expertise in access controls, CCTV, intruder alarms, and fire alarm systems Engineering degree with hands-on experience with at least three major security system manufacturers Strong understanding of security system integration, product specifications, and industry standards Proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales strategies and tactics Excellence in product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems Strong market analysis and research capabilities to identify industry trends and opportunities Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide sales teams Experience in project management and overseeing security system integration projects

Role & Responsibilities:



Manage and drive sales for integrated security systems, developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals and revenue targets Conduct market research to identify new products and systems for company growth and diversification Coordinate with local and foreign vendors to secure optimal terms and conditions Present and promote security solutions through tailored technical presentations Monitor client preferences and market trends to determine focus of sales efforts Resolve client complaints regarding sales and service Oversee security system integration projects from inception to completion Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to build lasting partnerships Ensure project delivery within timeline and budget constraints Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities
