Position: Sales Manager - Personal Finance

Experience Required : Minimum 3 years as a Sales Manager in the UAE in personal Finance sales.

Fintrek Marketing is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Personal Finance team. If you have a proven track record in sales management and a deep understanding of the financial services industry, we want to hear from you!

:

• Lead and manage the Personal Finance sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Provide training, coaching, and support to the sales team to enhance their performance.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.

Strong knowledge of personal finance products and services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
