Job Description
Job Title: Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities including strategizing and planning, setting sales goals.
Oversee daily sales operations and optimize the sales process to maximize revenue.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with clients and addressing their needs.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure effective sales strategies.
Monitor sales performance, track goals, and prepare regular sales reports.
Manage a team of sales professionals and provide training and development opportunities.
Develop and maintain sales pipelines, and ensure effective product availability and distribution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the UAE market.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team effectively.
