We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets and maximize performance.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence and increase sales volume.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide training, support, and mentorship to sales team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
• Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for management, outlining performance and forecasting future sales.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract potential buyers.
• Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a real estate license is required.
• Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in real estate software and CRM systems.
• Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans.
