As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the disposable tableware, Kraft products, retail and wholesale industries, and corporate gift items. Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the retail and wholesale sectors

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive product initiatives and promotions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

4-5 years of sales experience in disposable tableware, Kraft products, retail and wholesale industries, or corporate gift items.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in both English and Hindi

Strong negotiation and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
