A leading tele communication company in Abu Dhabi is looking for a IT Sales Manager. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base within the IT industry. The IT Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and mentoring the sales team to achieve targets. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the IT industry.
Identify and prioritize key target accounts and develop strategies to penetrate and acquire new clients.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to the sales team to enhance their performance and skills.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and development.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT sales.
Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
Proven track record of success in IT sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a sales management role.
Deep understanding of the IT industry, including software, hardware, cloud services, and emerging technologies.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Experience:
