Job Summary: Looking for a Sales Manager in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Create sales plans as well as budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the company
- Conduct regular market visits to check coverage, competitor activities and continuously search for new opportunities
- Settle all issues in the marketing and sales department
- Set up and make sure all sales administration procedures relating to the area are properly implemented to support the sales teams in their efforts
- Manage the overall sales growth of the company
- Motivate and advise the sales representatives to improve their performance if necessary
- Any other related task as may be required
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or any other related course
- At least 3+ years of experience in managing sales activities
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Should be able to prioritize and effectively manage time
- Strong leadership and management skills
