: Salesman for Building Materials

Position Overview: We seek a proactive and experienced Salesman to join our team, specializing in building materials. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the building materials industry, excellent sales skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Note:- Candidate must have Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Service:
• Identify and target potential customers, including contractors, builders, and construction companies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's product range, including features, benefits, and applications.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor products.
• Advise customers on the best products to meet their needs and project requirements.
• Sales Targets and Reporting:
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts and performance analysis.
• Track and report on sales activities and results using CRM software.
• Marketing and Promotions:
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's products.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
• Distribute promotional materials and provide input on marketing campaigns.
• Order Processing and Follow-up:
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesman in the building materials industry.
• Strong understanding of building materials, construction processes, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sales focus.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
