Job Description

Sales Coordinator / Leasing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and third-party agents.

Assist the sales team with including scheduling meetings, preparing sales report and Sales team commission calculation.

Provide support for promotional campaigns and sales events.

Maintain customer databases, CRM systems, and Sales records.

Handle general administrative duties related to sales operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred).

Advance level MS Excel experience proficiency in other Microsoft Office tools.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with exceptional customers and internal teams.

Previous experience in handling customer callback processes, ensuring follow-ups and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Experience in RERA Trakheesi, Knowledge in Classified Advertisement, experience with Dubizzle, Bayut & Property Finder will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
