:A Dubai-headquartered Communications company and one of the fastest growing marketing and communications agencies having a leadership team and advisory board of top celebrities, is now hiring a native Engish-speaking Sales Lead for their Dubai office.Job Summary:The Sales Lead is responsible for leading and managing a team of up to 20 sales consultants. This role involves setting and achieving sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth. The Sales Lead will work closely with the VP of Sales and Lead Generation Lead to optimise sales processes and ensure the team meets its objectives. The sales team is robust, vocal and target driven, requiring assertiveness and close, trusting professional relationships with team members, some of whom have been with the company for multiple years.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing regular feedback and support.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and maximise revenue.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales and Lead Generation Lead to optimise lead generation and sales processes.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination within the sales team.
  • Conduct regular training and development sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Lead twice daily sales huddles to energise and motivate the team.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement at an individual and team level
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a focus on team leadership and performance management.
  • Strong numerical skills with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools, especially Hubspot.
  • A natural ability to lead from the front and earn the trust and respect of colleagues.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in sales, with a track record of achieving targets and driving growth.
  • Experience in managing and developing sales teams.
Experience:
  • Proven experience in sales management and team leadership.
  • Experience in coordinating and delivering training programs for sales staff.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
