We are looking for

Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing clients who require legal services. This role demands strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify & Engage Potential Clients

Lead Qualification & Conversion

- Assess client needs, provide initial consultations, and ensure alignment with the firm's services before passing qualified leads to the legal team.

Sales Pipeline Management

- Track and manage leads through the sales funnel using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and a high conversion rate.

Client Relationship Management

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.

Market Research & Strategy

- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor services, and market demands to refine sales approaches.

Negotiation & Closing

- Effectively present and negotiate service agreements to close deals and meet revenue targets.

Experience & Qualifications:



2-3 years

of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably within the legal, professional services, or consulting industry. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and client engagement skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Experience using CRM software and other sales tracking tools. Knowledge of UAE legal services is a plus.
