Sales Lady Position Overview:
A Sales Lady is responsible for promoting and selling products to customers. She engages with customers, provides them with product information, and ensures a positive shopping experience. Her duties include handling cash transactions, maintaining a friendly demeanor, and assisting with product sampling. Candidates must have their own visa, and we will provide a labor card.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement:
• Greet customers with a friendly smile and approachable demeanor.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting with product selections.
• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and preferences.
• Product Promotion and Sampling:
• Offer product samples to customers to encourage purchases.
• Explain the features, benefits, and usage of products.
• Highlight special promotions, discounts, and offers.
• Sales Transactions:
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Ensure the correct handling and recording of all sales.
• Maintain the cash register and ensure that it is balanced at the end of the shift.
• Store Maintenance:
• Keep the sales area clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Restock shelves and displays as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies.
• Customer Relations:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Gather customer feedback and report it to management for improvement.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with other sales associates and team members.
• Assist in training new employees and sharing product knowledge.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, friendly and approachable.
• Sales Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers to make purchases.
• Cash Handling: Proficient in handling cash transactions and operating a cash register.
• Attention to Detail: Careful and accurate in processing transactions and maintaining records.
• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with the products being sold and ability to convey their benefits to customers.
• Adaptability: Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
