Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance:

Greet and engage customers in a friendly and approachable manner. Assist customers in choosing mobile devices, accessories, and services based on their preferences, needs, and budgets. Provide information on product features, specifications, and pricing. Demonstrate the use of mobile phones and accessories.

Sales Target Achievement:

Actively work toward meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Promote sales by upselling and cross-selling mobile phones, accessories, and related services.

Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile phone models, features, and technology. Be knowledgeable about current mobile deals, offers, and promotions.

Customer Service:

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner. Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Inventory Management:

Assist in maintaining stock levels and ensuring products are displayed neatly and attractively. Report any stock shortages or discrepancies to the store manager.

Cash Handling and Transaction Processing:

Handle cash, credit card payments, and transactions accurately. Issue receipts and process sales returns or exchanges as needed.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous sales experience, especially in retail or mobile phones, is a plus. Knowledge of mobile phone technology and trends. Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash. A friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
