We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Lady to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers. You will play a key role in driving our sales performance and achieving our business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and a friendly attitude.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall store success.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and sales transactions.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
