3. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and sales techniques.

4. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

5. Maintain a professional and presentable appearance to create a positive brand image.

6. Gather customer feedback and market insights to contribute to the development of effective sales strategies.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail environment. Training can be provided for exceptional candidates without prior experience.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and persuade potential customers.

3. Confidence and a proactive attitude to drive sales and meet or exceed set targets.

4. Fluent in English, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers.

5. A passion for natural and healthy products, with a genuine interest in promoting the benefits of our honey products.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to contribute to a positive work environment.
