Position Overview: The Saleslady cum Promoter is responsible for promoting and selling the company's products to potential customers. This role involves direct interaction with customers to provide product information, demonstrate product features, and close sales. The ideal candidate should have a dynamic and engaging personality, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude. Key Responsibilities: Product Promotion and Demonstration: Engage with customers to promote and explain the features and benefits of the company's products. Conduct product demonstrations to highlight product functionality and usability. Distribute promotional materials such as brochures and samples. Sales and Customer Service: Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products. Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by providing detailed product information. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Inventory Management: Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability. Assist in the setup and teardown of promotional displays and booths. Reporting and Feedback: Keep track of sales and promotional activities and report to the Sales/Promotions Manager. Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the management team to improve product offerings and promotional strategies. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales and promotional team members to achieve collective goals. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. Qualifications: · Education: College diploma or certificate in marketing or sales is preferred, or equivalent knowledge in sales or marketing. Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or promotional roles is preferred. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and persuade customers. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Basic knowledge of sales and inventory management software. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Comfortable with performing physical tasks such as setting up displays and handling products. Work Environment: The role involves working in retail stores, shopping malls, trade shows, or other promotional venues. May require travel to different locations for promotional events.
