Job Description

As a Sales Lady at R Cafe, you will be the face of our cafe, responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for our customers. Your primary duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for customer service. Proficiency in Arabic is required to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide them with a friendly and attentive service.

Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.

Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and till operation.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including tables, counters, and equipment.

Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management.

Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously.

Promote menu items and daily specials to enhance sales.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations.

Adhere to health and safety regulations and cafe policies.

Qualifications :

• Proficiency in Arabic is required; additional language skills are a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• High level of personal hygiene and appearance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
