The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best solutions from our range of products and services. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations. - Conduct sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments. - Maintain a clean and organized sales area. - Assist in managing inventory and restocking merchandise. - Stay informed about new products and services offered by the company. - Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Previous experience in a retail sales role is preferred. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. - Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. - High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing will be a plus.
