As a Sales Representative at Umenit you will play a crucial role in driving our sales and revenue growth. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other forms of communication, and persuading them to invest in our products/services. Your primary objective will be to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to generate new leads and potential customers.
Identify and prioritize target clients and industries for sales outreach.
Explain the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor information.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in cold calling and sales,
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
