Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction industry. Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and developers. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services. Collaborate with internal teams (project managers, estimators, etc.) to ensure client satisfaction. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments. Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software. Attend trade shows, networking events, and site visits as needed.

Requirements:



Proven sales experience, preferably in construction or a related field. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, or services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites and client meetings. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools. High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:



2+ years of experience in B2B construction sales. Familiarity with local building codes and construction regulations. Existing book of business or industry contacts is a strong plus.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
