Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all visitors and ensure guests feel comfortable and attended to immediately.
Assist customers by providing information about the property, amenities, and services.
Conduct guided tours of the property, highlighting key features and benefits.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, collect and document customer information for follow-up.
Ensure the showroom or model home is clean, well-presented, and fully stocked with marketing materials.
