Salary - Salary - AED 15,000 - 20,000 + Sales Commission

Industry - Wood / Building Materials Trading

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's/ Master's in Business Management and equivalent work experience.
• 8 - 10 years in a leadership role managing Sales and business processes in the Wood/Timber industry in UAE.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Wood/ Building Materials industry in UAE
• Must have strong leadership and team management skills.
• Sound financial and commercial knowledge.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Should be proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Sales Strategy Development - Responsible for growing Wood and Building hardware materials business sales and distribution.
• Team Leadership - Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Other key responsibilities include financial oversight, development and execution of growth strategies, customer service, vendor management, P&L, balance sheet, and asset management.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Market Analysis
• Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
