Sales Head
Job Description
A renowned business group dealing with Industrial Automation solutions in the middle-east, India & Singapore region since 1980 requires:
Sales Head
? Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
? Proven track record of at least 12 to 18 years' experience in total out of which minimum 5 years in a sales Lead roles ( 3 to 5 people reporting )
? Domain knowledge on Metering Skids or related industries, preferably serving the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors. within the Process, Instrumentation & Analytical System Integration Systems
? Strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape, trends, and emerging technologies.
? Ability to motivate and inspire sales teams to perform at their best.
? Exceptional communication and negotiation skills,
? Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required for business development and client engagements. May need to travel minimum 7 to 9 working days in a month outside UAE.
? Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is preferred.
? Experience working with International EPC across the globe.
Location : Dubai, UAE .
Salary & Benefits : Negotiable & based on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED55,000.00 per month
