We are a leading Middle East-based distributor and solution provider of pro-audio systems, public address systems, musical instruments, and related AV equipment.

With over three decades of industry experience, we represent multiple international brands across various product segments--serving channel partners such as resellers, system integrators, event production companies, and venue managers. Our operations span multiple sales channels, including physical shops, e-commerce, and a specialized project sales team.

We are currently undergoing an overall strategic and operational restructuring aimed at driving market leadership for our two distinct business divisions: (a) Distribution (Product Sales) and (b) Projects (Services).

Position Summary

We are seeking a Sales Head (Distribution) to lead our organization's sales strategy and execution for our distribution division. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader who combines deep industry and market knowledge s with proven leadership skills, ensuring we meet revenue goals, expand new markets, and strengthen customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives for the distribution business. Set and achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives, ensuring sustainable growth. Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion in the Professional Audio Equipment and Musical Instruments sector. Collaborate with executive management to align sales plans with the company's three-to-five-year vision.
Key Account Management & Customer Relationships

Champion a "Key Account Manager" approach by developing close relationships with top customers, understanding their pain points, and delivering tailored solutions. Implement robust CRM practices to monitor pipeline, track performance, and optimize customer interactions.
Team Leadership & Development

Build and mentor a high-performing sales team capable of addressing diverse customer needs (distribution, B2B, project-based sales). Establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), to drive accountability. Foster a culture of continuous learning, coaching, and collaboration, ensuring that team members remain up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends.
Market Expansion & Business Development

Lead regional expansion efforts in Middle East, Africa, and other targeted territories. Conduct market research to uncover emerging trends and customer demands, feeding insights into product/brand positioning and sales tactics. Negotiate major deals and partnership agreements (e.g., distribution deals or channel tie-ups) that reinforce Techniline's position as a leading solutions provider.
Budgeting & Sales Forecasting

Manage the sales budget, collaborating with finance to ensure efficient resource allocation and profitable growth. Produce accurate sales forecasts and performance reports, maintaining visibility over the entire sales pipeline and expected revenue timelines. Recommend investments in people, training, and technology to keep the sales organization agile and competitive.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing (though separate from your direct oversight) to ensure lead generation, brand messaging, and promotional campaigns align with sales objectives. Liaise with Finance, Logistics, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience--from purchase to delivery and after-sales service. Partner with Product/Technical teams to stay current on product updates, new launches, and technical specs that differentiate Techniline in the market.
Qualifications & Experience

15+ years of progressive sales experience in distribution selling within Professional Audio Equipment, Public Address Systems, or Musical Instruments industries. At least 5 years in a senior leadership role, with a track record of developing high-performing sales teams. Proven success in exceeding revenue targets, managing complex sales cycles, and expanding into new markets (GCC/Africa experience strongly preferred). Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Advanced CRM usage and proficiency in sales analytics/reporting. UAE driving license required.
