Job Description

A leading company in the food products industry is looking to hire a skilled and experienced Sales Head based in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading sales teams and selling food products to hypermarkets, grocery stores, restaurants, hotels, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and increase market share.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets and ensure high performance.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Oversee the achievement of sales targets and provide regular performance reports.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

- Assess customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

Requirements:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales , with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the food products sector.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong knowledge of hypermarkets, grocery stores, restaurants, and hotels markets.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.

- Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
