Responsibilities:

1. Sales Excellence:

- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet or exceed set targets.

- Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.

- Effectively communicate product or service features and benefits to drive sales.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through regular communication.

- Anticipate customer needs and recommend additional products or services as appropriate.

3. Communication Skills:

- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and persuasively.

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.

4. Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination between sales, customer service, and other departments.

- Share market insights and customer feedback to contribute to product/service enhancements.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities.

- Generate regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.

6. Continuous Improvement:

- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors to enhance sales and service effectiveness.

- Seek opportunities for personal and professional development to contribute to the growth of the team.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales and/or customer service preferred.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
