Job Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide detailed information about products and promotions.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and well-organized.
• Handle transactions accurately using the cash register.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and targets.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
• Basic knowledge of cash register operations is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
