Ontime Group is on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive specializing in Facility Maintenance Services. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our wide range of maintenance solutions to various clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients across different industries for facility maintenance services.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase our facility maintenance offerings.
• Prepare customized proposals based on client requirements and budget considerations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in facility maintenance or related services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with facility maintenance services and industry regulations is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
